Custom Devices manufactures and sells industrial IoT sensors, gateways, IO modules, and automation devices. All products are sold subject to availability and these terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Custom Devices. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance. Final acceptance is confirmed when the order is dispatched.

Minimum order quantities may apply for certain custom-manufactured products.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST at applicable rates will be added at checkout.

Payment is accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, and NEFT/RTGS for B2B orders above ₹50,000.

For credit account customers, payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The Company reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue invoices.

Custom-manufactured products (hardware customisation, firmware, enclosure, labelling) require a 50% advance payment before production begins.

Custom products cannot be returned unless defective. Design specifications once confirmed are binding.

Lead time for custom products is typically 15–30 working days and will be communicated on order confirmation.

All designs, firmware, software, documentation, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Custom Devices. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

OEM customers who purchase white-label products may brand them under their own name but may not claim ownership of the underlying technology.

All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty is void if the product is tampered with, subjected to improper installation, power surges beyond rated limits, or physical damage.

Warranty claims must be raised within the warranty period by emailing business@customdevices.in with the order number and description of the defect.

The Company's liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of production, loss of profit, or damage to equipment caused by the use of our products.

Products must be installed and operated by qualified personnel in accordance with the technical documentation provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
